List of Rules and Required Reports Available in CEDRI

Below are four tables listing the Part 52, 60, 62, and 63 rules that require electronic reporting and identifies the reports required to be submitted electronically in each rule.  

Notice: Not all active reports are listed in the tables below. For example, the Cross-Media Electronic Reporting notice that allows entities who are subject to rules that have requirements to submit reports in paper format to submit the reports electronically to CEDRI are NOT in the tables below. Note:  The 'Report Template or ERT Version Accepted in CEDRI' column in the table below provides the periodic report template (found on Welcome tab) or ERT versions accepted in CEDRI.  Minor revisions to the periodic reporting template result in an incremental change in the decimal of the version number (e.g., .01, .02, etc.). When a minor revision is made to the template, previous versions of the same series (e.g., 1.01, 1.02, etc,) are still acceptable for upload to CEDRI. A major but no burden revision is made to a template, an incremental change is made to the whole number of the version number (e.g., 1.00, 2.00, etc.). An important consequence of a major revision is that previous versions of the template can no longer be uploaded to CEDRI.

List of Title V Reports Available in CEDRI

In the table below lists reports, notifications, and applications under Parts 49, 70 and 71 that can be submitted electronically in CEDRI.  Facilities subject to a state, local or tribal title V program approved under Part 70, the federal title V program under Part 71, or the federal tribal minor NSR under Part 49 can submit any reports, notifications, or applications with certification by a responsible official. Regulated facilities should check with their EPA Region or local permitting authority to see if they are willing to use CEDRI for these documents and to ensure that their approved title V program allows for submission of electronic documents in compliance with CROMERR. As long as the approved title V program allows for electronic submission, local permitting authorities can begin using CEDRI to receive these documents without any programmatic changes. The table provides the following elements: Part, Reports Available in CEDRI, Electronic Format, and Initial Report Availability Date.
